Yes. We have our own warehouse in Shanghai where we gather products from different factories, inspect them, repack if needed, and consolidate everything into one mixed container. This means you receive one shipment, one set of documents, and much lower logistics costs.
We take photos and packing lists before sealing each carton. If anything is missing or broken due to our handling, we will send replacement parts with your next order or via courier. We also keep spare components (like chair cover elastic bands, flower stems, etc.) in stock for fast support.
